Three men were sentenced in the Ramsgate High Court recently for murder.
Freedom Nyawuza, Sanele Nyawuza and Lucky Bongumusa Nono Hlophe had been charged with theft, murder, two counts of kidnapping and assault.

Freedom Nyawuza was convicted and sentenced to five years’ imprisonment for theft, 25 for murder, five years for each of the two counts of kidnapping and 12 months for assault.
Sanele Nyawuza was convicted of murder and sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment. He was found not guilty on the other four charges.
Lucky Hlophe was also convicted of murder and sentenced to 15 years but found not guilty on the other four charges.
On July 17 2017, Khayelihle Mtolo (35) was stabbed in the head in Bhobhoyi. He was pronounced dead at the scene by attending paramedics.
