Property of Jesus bikers deliver blankets to Ifafa care centre

Physical and spiritual comfort were shared.

Bikers from Property of Jesus motorcycle club hosted a blanket run on behalf of Angels’ Care Centre in Ifafa last Sunday. The bikers met at the Wimpy in Margate and left for Sezela, where they met up with other bikers.

A cavalcade of  31 then travelled to Angels’ Care Centre where a short message was shared with residents before theblankets were handed over.

Willa Cilliers of the Property of Jesus motorcycle club said that the blanket donation enabled them to reach out to the less fortunate in both a physical and spiritual sense.

“The assistance of the community makes this all possible, enabling us to give others hope, showing we care about them, and sharing love and warmth this winter,” she said.

Those who would still like to support this charitable cause can drop second-hand clothing and blankets off at Mag and Tyre in Margate.
