MEMBERS of the Hawks, Crime Intelligence and Tactical Response Team have arrested three suspects aged between 25 and 45 years following a raid on a compound at Ellingham Farm Estate yesterday (Tuesday).
“There was a group apparently running a hydroponic laboratory on the farm,” said Captain Simphiwe Mhlongo of the Hawks.

Cannabis plants, oil and equipment to the value of approximately R500 000 has been seized.
The men are due to appear in the Umzinto Magistrate’s Court today.
