The team has been playing in the ABC Motsepe League and is registered as a non-profit organisation.

Like many teams from rural areas, the team has been struggling financially as it has no major sponsors.

Over the past few months, the WCS had sponsored food parcels for the clubhouse and has also assisted with arranging accommodation for the teams when they travel to areas where there are Sun International hotels.

New soccer kits for the 2018/2019 season are also on the cards for the team.

The team recently hosted its awards ceremony at the WCS, where its general manager, Loyiso Jokweni, assured the WCS management and board of directors that their brand and reputation were safe with them.

Mr Jokweni also thanked the WCS for continued support.
