According to Basil Lanka, the company has approached Ray Nkonyeni Municipality to assist with the security, safety and upgrade of the playground in Marine Drive.

“We have received approval and have already started with cleaning, planting flora and CCTV monitoring. The next stage of this project will be the fencing, parking, extra ablution blocks, play facilities, seating and braai equipment,” said Mr Lanka.

To make this a success, he said, they needed the full support of the community and input from other businesses would be most  welcome.

The security company is also involved with Hope Park in Marburg and the project in North Road Beach, Oslo Beach.
