
The next test for membership of Mensa, the high IQ society, will be held in Westville on Saturday, October 6, . There is no charge for the test, which is optimised for people 16 years and older and is in multiple-choice format, consisting of two sections.

The first section tests general reasoning and the second tests visual-spatial abilities. Candidates can join Mensa by passing either section.
The test is conducted by a registered psychologist and takes about two hours. Results are confidential and only comprise notification of whether the candidate passed Mensa’s criteria for membership or not – IQ scores are not issued.
Booking is essential.
