Please continue to support the society with food donations, blankets and financial contributions

Shelly Beach Lions Club heeded the Lower South Coast SPCA’s call for donations of pet food after a recent robbery left the society unable to feed the animals in its care.

With help from Happy Tails, which supplied the dog food at cost, Shelly Beach Lions were able to hand over a number of bags of food.

“We are just happy we were able to help out and support our local SPCA in its time of need,” said Shelly Beach Lion, Barry Smit.

“We know the SPCA is a lifeline to many a dog and cat in need, and without their work, there would be even more lost, abandoned and neglected animals.

“Thank you to everyone who has come to the rescue, and we encourage everyone to continue to support the SPCA with food donations, blankets and financial contributions. No contribution is too small.”
