Classy cars attract attention at Southcoast Mall

Despite the windy weather, motoring enthusiasts enjoyed the show.

Car enthusiasts flocked to Southcoast Mall last Sunday to see some of the best classic and modern cars on the coast on display at the second annual Classic and Custom Car Show.

Proud owners were only too pleased to line up their stylish vehicles for visitors to admire.

Cars on display ranged from ‘golden oldies’ from the 1920s to roadsters that were more rocket than car, with a smattering of Fords, Minis, Chevs, Datsuns and an absolutely gorgeous Morris Minor.

“It was a feast for car lovers and, despite the windy weather, everyone enjoyed themselves,” said Jane Pillay, Southcoast Mall marketing manager. “It was really good fun!
