Heine murder case postponed

The case could be held in High Court.

Natasha Heine (43) appeared in the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court last Friday in connection with the murder of her husband, Hilton Heine (52) who was shot in an apparent attempted hijacking.

The case was postponed to November 1 for a decision to be made by the Director of Public Prosecutions as to whether to transfer the matter to the High Court.

Mr Heine was taken to Margate Netcare Hospital by his wife on October 5 last year.

He was pronounced dead on arrival.

A case of murder was opened at Margate Saps.
