Four men were arrested in Umzinto after they had defrauded a woman at an ATM in Scottburgh.
The woman (33) was attempting to make a cash withdrawal at an ATM in Scott Street when the men approached her.
“While she was busy at the ATM, one of the men claimed it was out of order,” said Port Shepstone Saps communications officer, Captain Petros Mpinge.
