Christmas fete

Mbango Valley Association will hold its annual Christmas fete at the association this Saturday, November 24 from 8.30am. Go and enjoy a fun morning filled with Christmas cheer. There will be lots of food stalls and gifts. For further information contact Michele at 039 6825251.

Birthday celebrations

The 92th birthdate celebrations of Sri Sathya Sai Baba will be observed this Friday, November 23 by Sai devotees all over the world.

The Sri Sathya Sai Seva Group at Port Shepstone Secondary invites all to the birthdate of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

The celebrations will be held at Port Shepstone Secondary School hall. A hawan will be held at 6.15pm and bhajans will be held from 7pm. All are welcome and supper will be served. For further information call 073 6108777.

Thunee competition

Wild Coast Sun is holding a thunee (card game) challenge this Saturday, November 24 from midday. Entry fee is R100 per player. Prize is R10 000 for the winning team. Stonecroft Ministries’ next morning tea with the theme ‘Christmas in Thailand’ will be held at the Mbango Valley hall this Friday, November 23 at 9.30am. Funds raised will go towards the completion of the church as per Reverend Sam Owdbehari’s vision. Elev8 will entertain, and there will be loads of Christmas giveaways.
