The family of Port Shepstone businessman and national rally car driver Adeel Moosa (22), who was found dead at his Morningside home in Durban in August 2013, suspects all is not as it seems and is pursuing the matter further.

After five years, the inquest was heard at the Durban Magistrate’s Court on December 6, and the matter has now been postponed to February 6, 2019.
Court papers and WhatsApp messages reveal that hours before he was found dead, Moosa had seen a Pakistani man leaving his home.
A family spokesman told the Herald on Tuesday this week that they will leave no stone unturned in their efforts to seek justice, despite the docket being stolen twice, once from the police station and once from the attorney’s office where it was the only item taken.
KwaZulu-Natal police spokesman, Captain Nqobile Gwala confirmed that the docket had been sent to the inquest court.
