A pensioner (72) was stabbed in his Perch Road, Ramsgate home yesterday (Saturday).
Police spokesman Sergeant Sibu Ncane said the wounded man was found by his neighbour at about 3pm.
“He was taken to hospital. An attempted murder case has been opened at Margate police station.”
Sgt Ncane added that no arrests had yet been made and police were checking to see what had been stolen from the pensioner’s home.
