Three men from Durban were each sentenced to 15 years behind bars for attacking and robbing a 26-year-old businessman in October last year.
Sentencing took place in the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday last week.

Wiseman Zolani Mbewu (29), Anemvelo Sletshe Hose (22) and Mkhangeli Hlongwa (20) from V-Section in Umlazi robbed the foreign national at his tuckshop in Louisiana.
They assaulted him with a firearm and made off with cash, cellphones and cigarettes. They were arrested later that day.
The investigating officer was Captain Lami Mjweni of Port Shepstone Detective Service.
