Mixed results for Southcity

Southcity Preparatory played against Port Edward this week.

Southcity rugby players were recently selected for the SKZN rugby team. They are (back, from left)Thabo Shibe (U16), Felix Kalala (U16), Gareth Pieterse (U18) and Samkelo Limako (U13) with (front ,left) Shyan Assam (U16), Werner van Niewenhuizen (U13), Joshua Jordaan (U16), Tyresse Venn (U13) and Bayanda Hufner (U13). Absent from the photo was Dillon Jonker (U18).

Seventeen pupils from Southcity have been selected to participate in the KZN Coastal inter-district hockey tournament later this month. They are: U14A Girls – Slondiwe Ndwalane and Sinethemba Nyathi, U16A Girls- Anelisa Dlongolo; U16B Girls – Ella Drummond.

U18A – Lelethu Mnisi; U18B – Gareth Pieterse and Phum Shezi.

Southcity Preparatory played against Port Edward this week.

U11 rugby vs Port Edward- Southcity won 25-15; U11A girls hockey vs Port Edward. Only played one half then rained out.

U11A netball vs Port Edward. Southcity lost 1-4
