Promising results for bodybuilders

TWO South Coast athletes took part in the recent King Shaka Classic in Durban.

Thandazani Nsimbi placed first in the section (men up to 80kg).

Vanessa Cook, competing in the very competitive masters (over 35) category, managed to placed, which is no mean feat.

These results come after much hard work and dedication.

They are now preparing for the provincials which is set to take place in a few months’ time.
