#IMadeMyMark: Umdoni voters – take note of this important information
There was some confusion at the voting station in Park Rynie.
TWO voters this morning confirmed that, according to the ticket system at the St Francis Primary voting stating, they were registered to vote.
However once inside the voting station proper, they found their names did not appear on the voters’ roll.

They were then taken to another table where their information (ID number, name and surname) was collected before they were allowed to cast their vote.
The two fear that given their experience, other potential voters faced with this obstacle may leave without casting their vote.
The KwaZulu-Natal Electoral Officer, Thabani Ngwira has been contacted for comment, as has the IEC Chief Communications Officer, Kate Bapela.
