Marburg Secondary School’s cricket squad recently embarked on a team-building exercise and excursion. The team was hosted by Kinderstrand in Glenmore, where their communication, listening, problem-solving, thinking and reasoning skills were enhanced.

The team took up the challenges with a resolve and facilitators were relentless in their pursuit of perfection. Pupils rose to the occasion and definitely came back better individuals and, most importantly, a stronger team.
The entire squad agreed that the experience was worthwhile and encouraged other sporting codes to take up the challenge. The school would like to thank teacher and cricket coach, Ahmed Abdul, for organising and coordinating the event.
