Bikers’ blanket run needs your support
All blankets collected will go to disadvantaged members of the community.
Petra Fellowship, a local biking club, is holding its annual blanket drive on Sunday, June 2 from 10.30am. The bikers will meet at Douglas Mitchell Sports Grounds and ride to Rock Haven in Trafalgar, where plenty of entertainment along with food such as potjiekos and curry and rice will be on offer. Bikers, scooter riders and music lovers are asked to support the event. There will be a ‘biker friendly’ cash bar.

Entry fee is the purchase of a blanket or a voucher for R50. The voucher will then be taken to a local store and exchanged for a blanket. Everyone is urged to join in the fun and enjoy the great local vibes at Rock Haven and help raise funds for a worthy cause.
