Liquor traders in the Port Shepstone area are invited to attend a Liquor Traders Forum meeting at the Port Shepstone Saps conference room on Tuesday, May 28 at 10am. Confirm attendance with Warrant Officer Johan Maree at 079 500 0728 by this Thursday, May 23.
Temple meeting

The next Stonecroft morning tea will be held at the Port Shepstone Country Club this Friday, May 24 at 9am for 9.30am.

Genesis Youth will present the Izimbila Enduro Fun Ride this Saturday, May 25. It will start and finish on the rugby field at Norwegian Settlers Church. Bread of Heaven
The fund-raising campaign for the 2019 Bread of Heaven feeding programme has kicked off. The organising committee makes a special appeal to members of the public to volunteer to become fund-raising ambassadors for this year. The annual Bread of Heaven Fun Run/Walk will be held on August 31. Next Tuesday, June 4 will be the launch of the fund-raising ambassador campaign at Gate Ministries, Port Shepstone at 6.30 pm. Quiz night

Floral show
The South Coast Floral Art Club invites all flower lovers to its 2019 fund-raiser at the Margate Methodist Church on June 4 at 9am. Flower demonstrations will be done by Heila Groenewald, a qualified judge and demonstrator, who has joined the club from the North West. There will be lots of entertainment and beautiful flower arrangements will be on display.

Tamil eisteddfod
Vernon Govender and students of the Sa Re Ga Ma Music Academy invite interested students from the community and various schools to take part in the regional Tamil eisteddfod, which will take place soon in Port Shepstone. Students who are placed first will perform in the 57th inter-regional eisteddfod finals in Merebank, Durban on July 6 and 7. Rehearsals have already started.
