Winter is coming, so support this bikers’ blanket run
All blankets collected will go to disadvantaged South Coast families.
Petra Fellowship, a local biking club, is hosting its annual blanket drive on Sunday, June 2 from 10.30am. The bikers will meet at Douglas Mitchell sports ground and ride to Rock Haven in Trafalgar, where plenty of entertainment, along with a number of potjies and curry and rice will be on offer. Bikers, scooter riders and music lovers are asked to support the event. There will be a ‘biker friendly-priced’ cash bar.

Entry fee is the purchase of a blanket or a voucher for R50. The voucher will then be taken to a local store and exchanged for a blanket. Everyone is urged to attend and assist the bikers raise funds for a worthy charity. All blankets collected will go to disadvantaged South Coast families.
