Curro Creston prepares for eisteddfod

The closing date for submissions is August 2.

Curro Creston College supports the annual ‘slipper day’ – an annual Reach For A Dream initiative that raises awareness and funds for children with life-threatening illnesses.

The U9 South Coast Warriors rugby boys competed at Queensburgh Rugby Club last Sunday.

They won their first game against the Harlequins and Ronan Rogers was voted man of the match.

The second game was against Crusaders Blue and South Coast Warriors won 5-4.

Curro Creston pupils (from left) Lolla Curnow, Amani Mahomed, Bryce Voigt, Urze Gonzalves and Chase Bartlett wore their slippers to school in support of the Reach for a Dream Foundation’s ‘slipper day’.

The school is currently in the planning stages of the Hibiscus Eisteddfod 2019.
