PSJPS explores the voting process

It was quite exciting for pupils to be able to vote in secret and then await the results.

PSJP’s grade 3 pupils were abuzz with excitement last week as they discussed and debated qualities necessary to be a leader.

They were tasked with selecting class presidents, in line with the recent national and provincial elections.

Votes were cast in secret and candidates Soha Boodhram from Linda Olivier’s class, Luthando Mthembu from Lucille Woodenberg’s class and Nomfundo Gumede from Rhoda Surajpersah’s class will serve as class presidents.

The school warmly welcomes Zamakhabazela Mkhize as the newly-appointed HOD and gr 3 teacher.

Parents are requested to ensure pupils attend school daily during this phase of assessments.
