Well done to Southcity Christian College players Slondiwe Ndwalane and Sinethemba Nyathi, who made the KZN Coastals U14A and U15B hockey sides, respectively.
The school is extremely proud of them. They consistently play impressively and deserve this achievement.

Considering the standard of hockey played at KZN Coastals’ trials, being selected is a really massive achievement.
They are both members of the amazing U14 hockey team, which Slondiwe captains. She truly leads by example and has never missed a practice session, even when injured and unable to play.
Whilst at Southcity Preparatory, these two young hockey players represented KZN Coastals U13 and U12 teams over the last few years with Sinethemba making her U12 Coastals debut at age 11.
Scarlet Scorer, Jeandré Joubert and Suné de Wit have been chosen for the 2019 KZN Schools’ swimming team.
These three swimmers are an incredible example of commitment and the hours and hours spent training in the pool are finally paying off.
