Port Shepstone High School is extremely proud of its chess team who continues to bring pride to the school and are currently placed first in the league.
They recently won 8-2 against Mowat Park High and 8-2 against Grosvenor High.

Great spirit and pride were shown by ‘s pupils during the annual Spirit Day festivities.
It is a notable day of excitement and joy which pupils look forward to each year and it is here where they are officially introduced to the first team players for girls’ and boys’ hockey, netball and rugby.
The netball team continues to excel. After winning their league, they were promoted to B-league.
First team rugby players won their game against Kokstad 19–14, and the first team netball girls were also victorious with their win of 31–14.
The cross-country team took part in an event held at Crawford College. Philelinkosi Shozi won first place in the boys’ U17 division and Iviwe Cenga placed fourth in the same division.
