Church fund-raiser unearths hidden talent
The church fundraiser brought people and talents together.
The Mount Moriah Full Gospel Church held a fund-raising banquet in aid of the church’s building fund at the Andhra Sabha Hall last Saturday.

The function was nothing short of spectacular. Guests were treated to an evening of entertainment and music, drama, dance and lucky draws followed by a sumptuous meal.
Friends and family who attended the fund-raiser dusted off old talents that they hadn’t shared in a while and wowed an appreciative audience.
Pastor Lenny Moonsamy of The Mount Moriah Full Gospel Church said fund-raising brought people and talents together in all sorts of new and interesting ways. “I am pleased with the turn out for our event, in the current economic climate, I believe it was a really good effort,” he said.
