Tweni Talk: Criminals target trauma centre
Thanks to some kind donations, they will soon be up and running again.
JOHN Irven reported that all the copper wiring and cables was stolen from the ceiling of trauma counselling centre, Pollyanna’s Place, in Sea Park.
Any burglary is bad, but this type of theft is totally unacceptable. This centre does so much good for those who find themselves in the unfortunate position of requiring assistance.

Blooming surprise
When Margaret Douglass of Umtentweni attended the Ziphakamise AGM held at St Katherine’s Church last Friday, she was pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely bouquet of flowers from CEO, Bishop Dr Lulamile J Bodla (aka Lulu) to thank her for her support.
Birthdays for the week are Ruby Kuhn (August 21), William Redpath (22) and Yvonne Lawlor, who is currently touring the west coast to see the flowers in full bloom (24). Happy celebrations to all.
All news to Leila.
