Linda finds love at long last
The couple is described by family and friends as loving and cheerful, always having a good laugh and chatting.
LOVE birds, Alan Rabey and Linda Hattingh spent the morning of August 16 at the Park Rynie Home Affairs office, but for the happy couple the visit was for pleasure, and not for business.
Alan and Linda were married by office manager, Riana de Bruin.

Linda moved down to Scottburgh from Klerksdorp with her mother, Mary about two years ago.
And so the love story began.
Born prematurely, Linda has had to overcome many physical challenges
“While I was pushing Linda in her wheelchair one day, a man who stays in the same building saw us, introduced himself and offered to push the wheelchair,” explained Mary.
“That man was Alan. I allowed him to help me with Linda, and the two hit it off straight away.”
After developing a close bond, Alan proposed to Linda at The Stone in Scottburgh at exactly midnight on New Year’s Eve.
“I’m so happy that Linda has found love at the tender age of 60,” said Mary.
“This is her first marriage so it is very exciting.
“Even though Linda has her difficulties, she’s still a very cheeky and determined person,” said Mary.
The couple is described by family and friends as loving and cheerful, always having a good laugh and chatting.
Although Linda will be moving out of her mum’s place and into Alan’s, she will still be in the same building.
Linda and Alan will have a church wedding early in September.
