EIGHT men, carrying firearms and knives, robbed a group of people at a house in Bazley on Friday, October 11.
“A man, his wife and three friends were on the balcony at about 11pm when they were confronted by the men,” said Scottburgh Saps communications officer, Captain Adam Francis.

“The victims were tied up, instructed to be silent and lie down on the floor.”
The intruders demanded the keys to the vehicles.
“They locked the victims in the house and fled with a silver Mazda CX5 (NP 93376) and white Ford Fiesta Ambience (NP 151731), cellphones, jewellery, clothing and a laptop.
“The victims managed to free themselves and activate the panic alarm,” added Captain Francis.
