SIXTY avid Bok supporters and four teachers from Umkomaas Primary headed off to Durban City hall last Friday to meet the Springbok heroes as they undertook their victory tour of South Africa after winning the Rugby World Cup.

Pupils sang, danced and cheered as the men in green and gold arrived.
“What a privilege to see these sporting giants holding the Webb Ellis trophy up high for us all to see and share in the joy and excitement,” said teacher, Sue McAlpine.
“The speeches were inspiring and we were thrilled when they boarded the bus and passed within metres of us!”
