Two women were injured after the vehicle in which they were travelling left the road at the intersection of Oscar Borchers and Dairy Road in Marburg this morning.
The vehicle went down an embankment at around 7am and landed in a stream.
Two passing paramedics and bystanders, including Zane Moodley and a Lazer 911 officer, assisted and brought the injured women to safety.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
In another accident, a driver lost control of their vehicle after hitting an oily patch on the P200 in Izotsha.
No injuries were reported.
