The Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa (CHOC) held a fund-raising 5/10km fun run/walk/cycle event on Monday this week.

Organised by South Coast Striders’ runner Deborah Berridge, the 122 entrants set off from the Uvongo fishing pier.
Ms Berridge said CHOC was the only organisation in South Africa which provided comprehensive countrywide support for children with cancer and other life-threatening blood disorders, and their families.
The runners, cyclists, walkers, those in prams and even dogs on leashes were seen enjoying the exercise and the lovely weather.
