Fruit smoothies – yes, for real. Blending a variety of super fruits together with random fruit of your choosing, you can rest assured that you will not be left craving a bite-to-eat come 9am. A quick and easy fruit smoothie of choice would be plain Greek yoghurt, blue, black and red berries with a few strawberries and almonds.
