FIVE armed men broke into a Cowry Drive house in Elysium yesterday (January 15), at about 11.30am.
According to reports, the men were armed with firearms and knives and gained entry into the house, confronting and tying up a male occupant (71).

An official report from Saps is still awaited but it’s alleged the men ransacked the house and stole jewellery, electronics, a CCTV recorder, as well as several other items before fleeing.
Gladiator Security Services, Elysium 911 and police responded to the complaint.

The resident was unharmed and the case is being investigated by the Saps.
