TWO men were killed at bus stops in Malangeni on Saturday, January 11.
The first murder occurred at the Ndlovini bus stop at about 8.30pm.
A witness told police that he and a friend were walking near the bus stop when seven men approached them.

The men demanded they hand over their cellphones.
“The witness handed his two cellphones over, but his friend refused to do so,” said Scottburgh Saps communications officer, Captain Adam Francis.
“One of the men then produced a firearm and shot the friend.”
He was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.

A 9pm that night, Umzinto Saps responded to a shooting at the Clover bus stop in Malengeni.
Police found a car parked on the side of the road, with the driver still inside.
“The 28-year man had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was declared dead by paramedics,” said Captain Francis.
