Teen found dead in Mgai

Community members searching for the boy detected a foul odour in the bush.

A decomposing body found in Mgai is thought to be that of a 17-year-old boy who has been missing since October 25.

On Tuesday last week, community members searching for the boy detected a foul odour in the bush.

Upon investigating they stumbled upon a decomposing body which fitted the description of the missing boy.

Sawoti Saps Station Commander Captain Siva Pillay, said a revolver and note were found next to the body, adding that an inquest was being investigated.
