Girl (14) injured at Uvongo Falls
Emergency services attended, along with NSRI Shelly Beach and Port Shepstone K9 Search and Rescue Unit.
A 14-year-old girl fell and hit her head and chin while playing on the rocks of the waterfall at Uvongo Falls last Saturday.
A group of local children were playing on the rocks when the incident occurred in the morning.

Glen Preston of Med-Evac said that when they arrived at the scene, the lifeguards had already taken the young girl out of the water.
“The teenager was transported to hospital in a stable condition,” he said.
Mr Preston explained that two of the other children were stuck on the rocks, and one had a panic attack.
Members from the Saps Search and Rescue, Med-Evac, NSRI and lifeguards brought them back to shore.
