Stellar sporting at Creston

Meanwhile, nine boys and seven girls from Creston represented Ugu at the Country District hockey trials in Ballito on Saturday (May 9).

Creston College‘s Grade 1s are learning about mass and they had a fun interactive lesson weighing their own stationery.

Four of the College Phase boys represented Southern KZN at the SKZN/Zululand rugby trials on last Wednesday (May 12).

Zaia Mahadev, a Grade 1 learner at Creston College, carefully carries out the task at hand.

They were Ande Kango and Enye Vundle (U16), George Tripepi and Luke Weeks (U18).

These talented learners are Stryda Perry, Sarah Rolfe and Briley Roberts (U18), Jyhdesh Naidoo, Troy Strydom, Prosper Mlondo, Meriqe Pillay, Oza Ndzumo, Enye Vundle, Cara Date, Melissa Bense, Slondiwe Ndwalane, Erin Heydricks and Kirsty Jackson (U16) as well as Lithitha Njomboni and Declan Taylor (U14).

Weighing out the situation is Grade 1 learner, Kaden Knott.

Of all the hockey boys and girls, Stryda Perry, Meriqe Pillay, Lithitha Njomboni, Sarah Rolfe and Briley Roberts made it through to the KZN trials in Durban last Friday (May 14).
