Merlewood Primary bids adieu to beloved educator, Bella Puckree. Mrs Puckree began her teaching career at Woodgrange On Sea.
She thereafter transferred to Port Shepstone Primary for a year, taught in Stanger for seven years and then taught at Marburg Primary for 11 years.
She has been a special part of Merlewood Primary for 20 years and has been a dedicated educator for an astonishing 41 years.
Mrs Puckree is well known amongst the staff for the perfect balance she has curated in the profession as a departmental head over the years.
She is known to be jovial and easygoing and yet at the same time, a steadfast and determined leader.
Her strengths lie in her ability to inspire, lead, supervise and mentor all that are entrusted to her care and watchful eye.
She leaves behind a legacy at Merlewood Primary that will be remembered for years to come.
Merlewood Primary School wishes Mrs Puckree a blissful and happy retirement.
