Kasified Eksperience brings entertainment back to life

The weekend began with Friday's pre-party, which catered to the intimate crowd in attendance that was out to enjoy an evening of music and the entertainment on offer.

After almost two years of no activity with the exception of one sporting event, popular South Coast events promotion companies Kasified Eksperience and Run South Coast teamed up to host the first edition of the Run South Coast Eksperience at the Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre recently.

With the lockdown restrictions temporarily relaxed, the two-day event took place over a Friday and Saturday where attendees were treated to live performances by local and national musical acts which included international rapper and musician Okmalumkoolkat.

“The event was just about bringing life back to the entertainment scene of the South Coast by bring a different vibe with a touch of exclusivity. It’s been a while since an event was hosted at this venue so we thought we’d bring it back,” said Terry Govender of Run South Coast.

The weekend began with Friday’s pre-party, which catered to the intimate crowd in attendance that was out to enjoy an evening of music and the entertainment on offer.

The next day saw people come out in their numbers not only to enjoy the entertainment on offer, but food served by local and upcoming small businesses.
