Head on collision in Margate

Ray Nkonyeni fire and rescue services, together with paramedics worked with specialized rescue tools to free the patient.

Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to reports of a collision on the R620 in Margate.

When emergency services arrived they found that a car and taxi had been involved in a head on collision.

Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that 1 patient had sustained serious injuries and was trapped inside the car.

Ray Nkonyeni fire and rescue services, together with paramedics worked with specialized rescue tools to free the patient.

The patient was treated on scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
