UPDATE: Private investigator hired to track down Sea Park rapist

Anyone who has any information about the case is asked to come forward and contact PI Brad Nathanson on 083 250 2007.

One of the cellphones linked to the Sea Park rape case has been recovered, and a suspect has been detained.

This is the latest development in the case, according to private investigator, Brad Nathanson.

Nathanson – a private investigator with 42 years of experience – has been hired by the woman’s family to track down the suspect.

Residents are warned not to threaten or engage with the man, should they come across him, but to contact Saps or a security company.

The suspect is described as:

  • Tall and aged between 25 and 30
  • Shaven head
  • Droopy eyes and thick lips
  • Navy blue knee length pants
  • No shoes
  • Wearing a dark red T-shirt
  • Dark complexion/foreign national
