The patient was treated on scene before being transported to hospital.

A collision on the N2 near Murchison last night left one person injured.  Craig Botha of KwaZulu Private Ambulance Services said that when emergency services arrived they found that three vehicles had been involved in a collision – a truck, taxi and car.

Botha said that according to witnesses on scene, the driver of the car had lost control and collided into the side of a truck. The taxi collided into the barrier trying to avoid the collision.

Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that one person had sustained minor injuries. The patient was treated on scene before being transported to hospital.
