Medical equipment donated by generous Rotarian Charlie

The donation could not have come at a better time.

A much-needed and massive donation of medical equipment was handed over to Khanya Hospice in Umkomaas by a Reservoir Hills Rotarian and businessman, Charlie Panday.

Hospice’s nursing manager, Sr Sue van Rijsbergen, mentioned that they often get requests for the hiring of medical equipment, not only from their patients, but from the general public, so these donated items will really come in handy.

“We are so grateful for this as we are always willing to help where we can,” she said.

Hospice also has wheelchairs and commodes, if people need these items for short term use.
