Meerkats raise funds for animal welfare

1st Margate Scouts challenged each patrol to build a structure that all patrol members could fit on last Thursday.

The 1st Margate Meerkats recently went to visit Harmony Hills to hand over some money which they had raised during their National Challenge badge.

The Meerkats thank Penny Taylor of Harmony Hills for taking the time to speak to and teach them a few things about taking care of their pets, and for all the hard work they do to help animals in need.

1st Margate Scouts challenged each patrol to build a structure that all patrol members could fit on last Thursday. They then had to join the structure with a bridge while in the dark (due to load shedding).
