Search for grandson to claim policy
The phone numbers Valerie used to communicate with Phakamani are no longer in use which has only increased her concern.
A concerned Pietermaritzburg resident, Valerie Pohl is desperately looking for assistance to locate Phakamani Msomi, so he can claim the funeral policy of his late grandmother, Lina Ntombela.
Lina worked as Valerie’s helper before being replaced by her daughter Festival Khombi Msomi. Unfortunately, both mother and daughter died in 2020.

“I instructed Khombi to go to Absa to claim the funeral policy, however she died of Covid-19 a week after her mother without going to the bank,” Valerie said.
“I gave all the information to Phakamani regarding claiming the policy and now a year later I heard from Absa that it has not been claimed,” she added.
The phone numbers Valerie used to communicate with Phakamani are no longer in use which has only increased her concern.
According to Valerie, the Msomi family is believed to be living in the Mzamaba area near the Wild Coast Casino across the CH Mitchell Bridge.
“I want Phakamani or anyone with information on his whereabout to contact me on 076 4240152 so that I can instruct him on how to claim the funeral policy,” Valerie said.
