The vision of Hlanganani Preparatory School is to provide each individual child with the opportunity to reach his/her full potential both academically, culturally and in sport.

The school is proud to mention two young stars, Zamokuhle Gcaba in Grade 5 and Menzi Cele in Grade 7.

They were recently selected in trials to represent Ugu Surf Riders District in the Grom Games surfing competition.

This event was hosted by Surfing South Africa, Sea Harvest in Durban to empower developing surfers.

Menzi did very well in the U14 boys’ division against other districts.

Zamokuhle also showed outstanding performance in the U12 girls’ division.

Hlanganani thanks Genesis Wave of Hope Surfing Academy for teaching and grooming the future stars.
