Parts manager:
Having recently joined the team, Sammy Maharaj heads up the parts department. He spent a number of years in the parts department at Mercedes Benz where he received the chairman’s award for best warehouse in the country. On joining the dynamic team at Bates, his vision is to grow with the company that has already embarked on meaningful change. “Bates Motors is setting a new trend and I intend to use my knowledge and experience to take the dealership to a new level.”
Service manager:
Dev Behari heads up the service department and has been in the industry for 17 years. He is a hands-on manager, offers technical and leadership support and looks forward to assisting both old and new clients. Dev has his technician team fully trained up by Isuzu Motors SA, and this year proudly achieved 95% workshop audit results, giving you peace of mind, and quality workmanship.
Workshop foreman:
Neroshan Naicker originally hails from Bates Motors and is a qualified, factory-trained technician with 14 years’ experience. He ensures that all work is in compliance with safety and quality standards.
