The car belonging to Nieshel Roopun (30) from Asherville, Durban was discovered in Shelly Beach on July 30.
Roopun was reported missing by his family at the Sydenham police station.
Since the discovery of his vehicle there has been no sign of him.
His family has since searched the Shelly Beach area without success. The search continues.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the police on 10111 or Dawn Gounden on 074 7125855.
