Izotsha man back in court this Friday

He remains in custody.

The Izotsha man, who has been charged for conspiracy to murder social activist, Selvan Chetty, will appear for a formal bail application this Friday, March 31.

The man, aged 39, has, so far, made two appearances in the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court.

He made a brief appearance last Thursday (March 23) but the case was postponed as he now has a new legal representative. He remains in custody.
